Your impact directly enhances daily business continuity, employee productivity, and the overall workplace experience.\nWhat You’ll Get\nA supportive environment fostering career progression, continuous learning, and an inclusive culture.\nBroad exposure to CME's diverse products, asset classes, and cross-functional teams.\nA competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.Explore our full range of benefits \n\nWhat You’ll Do\nDrive full-spectrum workplace operations, maintaining high standards across facilities administration, reception, amenities, cleaning, and preventative maintenance.\nServe as the key liaison to landlord managing agents, subtenants, contractors, and vendors to ensure top-tier service delivery and optimal commercial value.\nOversee end-to-end management of internal events and amenities, including catering, stock management, presentation, and space setups.\nSpearhead health and safety compliance, managing DSE software, risk assessments, statutory training, and first-aider coverage in accordance with local regulations.\nDirect internal office moves, alterations, and minor construction, leveraging CADM move management software to maintain precise seating plans and occupancy reports.\nSupport financial operations through the management of requisitions, purchase orders, property-related invoices, rate demands, and lease queries.\nLead incident management protocols and provide ongoing operational and administrative support for regional international offices.\n What You’ll Bring\nStrong track record of managing facilities operations, vendor relationships, and health & safety compliance within a corporate environment.\nHands-on experience coordinating internal office moves, furniture reconfigurations, and small-scale project works.\nProficiency in facilities technology, including move management systems (CADM or equivalent), software tools, and standard productivity platforms (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).\nExceptional attention to detail in maintaining physical office infrastructure and high-standard workplace presentation.\nExcellent interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills with a strong client-service mindset.\nNEBOSH certification, AutoCAD familiarity, or experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) is a distinct advantage.\nCME Group: Where Futures are Made\nCME Group is the world’s leading derivatives marketplace.
