The incumbent provides positive input & direction to specific projects partially owned by the Clearing House & the Risk team. He/She manages risks through tolerance analysis, margin analysis & customer/product specific analysis. They work to prevent risk through communication between the Clearing House Risk Team Senior Management & Sr. Management staff.\nPrinciple Accountabilities:\nMonitor daily clearing and settlement processes to ensure timely completion of clearing end of day cycle\nResponsible for Regulatory reporting of trades per Part 43/45 of DCO reporting regulations.\nCustomer query support in APAC time zone for Post-Trade Services related questions.\nPerform risk management and monitoring of various system to ensure that all clearing members are meeting their margin requirements.\nIdentify and escalate potential operational risk to management\nDevelop and maintain relationships with clearing members and other stakeholders.\nWork closely with other departments including trade operation, risk management and technology to ensure that all the processes are functioning efficiently and effectively\nParticipate in testing / DR testing and implementation of new system and processes related to clearing operations\nPrepare and maintain documentation/SOP of clearing processes\nProvide support to other areas of clearing house as needed\nSkills and Qualification:\nBachelor/Master’s degree in business, finance or in equivalent field\n4 - 7 years of experience in operation preferably in a clearing or settlement environment \nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nStrong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\nKnowledge of derivatives markets and financial instruments preferred\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\nKnowledge of Python, Tableau, R, VBA is a plus\nShift Timing: 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM IST (Tuesday to Saturday) , Subject to daylight saving adjustment.\nCME Group: Where Futures are Made\nCME Group is the world’s leading derivatives marketplace.
