(Belonging to main \n\n contractor is best, however belonging to subcontractor is \n\n also applicable.)\n\n• Some relevant majors include business administration, \n\n marketing, construction science, and technical sales \n\n management.\n\n• Good Communication with clients.\n\n• Good at marketing concept/creative and initiative.\n\n• Good at negotiation skills, interpersonal skills, and \n\n presentation skills.\n\n• Be friendly, flexible, honestly, hard-working, and willing \n\n to work as a team.\n\n• Knowledge of MS.
