# Enterprise Applications Analyst - Salesforce

Description The Enterprise Applications Analyst - Salesforce supports CMG’s Salesforce platform, including Financial Services Cloud and Sales/Service Cloud, by administering and configuring the platform, resolving issues, and testing changes before release. Working from priorities set by the Product Owner, the Analyst makes configuration decisions independently within an assigned scope, escalates privileged and production access changes for approval, and hands custom development to Software Engineering. This is a growth role that prepares employees for advancement to Engineer, with structured support from their manager and mentors. Essential duties and responsibilities: Includes the following responsibilities, but is not limited to: Administer Salesforce users, profiles, permission sets, security, objects, fields, and page layouts using least-privilege principles, including integration and service accounts. Translate Product Owner priorities and technical requests received through GitHub Issues into configuration designs, making configuration decisions independently within the assigned scope.
