and streaming.\n\nProven production experience in at least two of the following areas: AI agents, RAG pipelines, workflow automation, or Voice AI.\n\nExperience with vector databases such as pgvector, Qdrant, Pinecone, Weaviate, or similar technologies in production.\n\nSolid knowledge of PostgreSQL, Docker, REST APIs, webhooks, and backend integrations.\n\nAbility to turn business requirements into reliable AI solutions, balancing LLM-driven decisions with deterministic logic.\n\nExperience building, deploying, and maintaining production AI systems, rather than simply integrating LLM APIs.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\nExperience with LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Pydantic AI, or the Claude Agent SDK.\n\nExperience building custom MCP servers and integrating AI agents with external systems.\n\nKnowledge of RAG optimization, including document ingestion, OCR, chunking, hybrid search, reranking, citations, and data isolation.\n\nExperience with automation platforms such as n8n or Make.\n\nExperience building voice AI solutions using Twilio, ElevenLabs, Vapi, or Retell.\n\nFamiliarity with LLM evaluation, tracing, and monitoring tools such as Langfuse, LangSmith, or Braintrust.\n\nExperience with Supabase, Next.js, or Stripe for building products around AI capabilities.\n\nExperience using Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex in daily development workflows.\n\nAbility
