architecture of enterprise-scale AI platforms\n\nDesign and develop production-grade GenAI systems and AI-powered solutions\n\nLead the development of RAG pipelines, retrieval infrastructure, and AI orchestration frameworks\n\nDesign scalable distributed systems, APIs, data pipelines, and event-driven architectures\n\nEstablish standards for AI quality, evaluation, observability, governance, and model lifecycle management\n\nDefine and scale AI-driven software-development practices, including tools, guardrails, and automation patterns\n\nDrive architecture decisions and technical alignment across multiple engineering teams\n\nBuild reusable AI platform components, frameworks, and internal tooling\n\nConduct architecture and code reviews and mentor senior and Staff-level engineers\n\nCollaborate with product, data, security, infrastructure, and engineering teams\n\nDocument architectural decisions, technical standards, and organizational best practices\n\nLead technical initiatives across distributed international teams\nRequirements\n\n12+ years of professional software-engineering experience\n\nSignificant experience working at Staff or Principal Engineer level\n\nStrong hands-on experience building and deploying production-grade GenAI / LLM systems\n\nExpert-level Python engineering skills\n\nStrong experience with LLM applications, RAG, vector databases, and retrieval infrastructure\n\nExperience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, semantic search, or similar AI frameworks\n\nStrong understanding of AI evaluation, model lifecycle management, observability, and MLOps\n\nProven experience designing and evolving large-scale distributed systems\n\nStrong knowledge of APIs, data pipelines, event-driven systems, and high-scale platforms\n\nExperience driving architecture and platform initiatives across multiple teams\n\nHands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Copilot, Claude Code, or Cursor\n\nStrong engineering fundamentals in code quality, testing, CI/CD, and observability\n\nAbility to influence technical decisions and drive alignment without formal authority\n\nExperience collaborating with distributed teams across different regions and time zones\n\nProfessional English, Upper-Intermediate or higher\nNice to have\n\nExperience building enterprise AI platforms or internal AI developer platforms\n\nExperience with Kubernetes, cloud platforms, and infrastructure automation\n\nExperience with MLOps platforms and model monitoring\n\nExperience with event-driven architectures and large-scale data processing\n\nExperience establishing AI governance and engineering standards across organizations\n\nExperience working with distributed teams across the US, China, and
