This role assists in ensuring we\nmaintain compliance with contract terms during both the award process and the crucial initial execution\nphase. Beyond these responsibilities, the Contract Specialist assists with tracking and maintaining\ncertification processes, licenses, pre-qualifications, and registrations for the entire CMS Group of\nCompanies, which encompasses CMS, LLCs, and joint ventures (JVs).\nRequirements\nEssential Responsibilities\nAssists with contract modifications, change order awards, and initial administrative compliance, using accounting software for external and internal setup\nAssists with all CMS bond and Client COI requests\nFollows company protocol for file and data management\nAssists with coordinating and managing contract documentation and/or price volumes for large\nID/IQ and site-specific proposals\nConducts initial revisions to customer requirements and analyzes the solicitation requirements and RFP specifications, ensuring consistency, clarity, grammar, and compliance.
