Our mechanical capabilities allow us to self-perform highly technical work.\nWe are currently seeking POL Quality Control Managers/Quality Control Specialists to oversee and manage quality assurance for Department of Defense (DoD) fueling infrastructure projects.\nRequirements\nRequired Experience\nFive (5) years of DoD POL construction-related management experience within the last five (5) years (does not include commercial or military experience)\nThree (3) consecutive years of on-site experience as a POL Quality Control Specialist within the last five (5) years\nExperience with piping and valve installation, mechanical repairs or upgrades, tank work, MIL DTL 24441 coatings, API & SSPC inspections, and system commissioning is preferred\nBroad knowledge in tank inspection, cleaning, repair, and fuel-related piping systems is desirable\nCertifications and Qualifications\nAssociate’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a high school diploma/GED with relevant experience\nCompletion of USACE or NAVFAC QC Management course (certificate must be current-within 4 years)\nAbility to obtain the following certifications if not already held: OSHA 30-Hour (no older than 5 years)\n Confined Space Competent Person\n CPR & AED Certification\n\nMust meet eligibility for access to U.S. Government facilities\nThis position does not require active security clearance \nResponsibilities\nManage and document all aspects of the quality control program on DoD POL projects\nCoordinate and implement QC procedures and ensure project compliance\nMonitor work performance and field activities\nReview technical drawings, specifications, and instructions\nParticipate in and document quality-related meetings, including preparatory and initial phases\nConduct inspections and ensure proper recordkeeping for QC activities\nCollaborate with internal teams and external personnel\nProvide feedback on process improvements and assist with resolving issues\nPerform other related duties as required \nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities\nAbility to represent the company professionally in all communications\nStrong decision-making and accountability skills\nFamiliarity with construction documentation, quality activities, and related technologies\nAbility to interpret engineering drawings and manage technical requirements\nCapable of working collaboratively to meet project objectives\nProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe
