You will have support from our wider geotechnical team and you'll work closely with the Perth Manager and have input in recruitment, training and development, resourcing, strategic pursuits and overall leadership and direction.\nYou must have leadership experience and be passionate and focused within the area of TSF design. As well as leading the team, you will also contribute technically delivering successful projects for our clients.\nKey Responsibilities\nWorking with the technical team to develop, provide and promote design solutions, options and initiatives to meet client needs\nWork with the senior technical team to contribute to detailed designs for projects ranging from building foundations to temporary works, infrastructure and tailings storage facilities.\nUndertake technical and non-technical tasks and take responsibility for the accuracy and quality of our work\nEnsure that the projects are completed on time, within budget and to the desired quality standards\nMaintaining good relationships with existing clients and working with the client relations/business development team to target new opportunities\nQualifications /Experience/Attributes\nQualified Geotechnical/Civil Engineer with 8+ years of experience working in a geotechnical consulting environment.\nExperience leading a team and developing junior engineers\nAn established career within TSF design\nFull Aus work rights (PR and citizenship are preferred)\nTeam player\nGood analytical skills with developed knowledge of geotechnical design (Plaxis, Rocscience Slide, RSPile, Settle3, LimitState Geo etc.)\nExceptional organisation and communication skills, both verbal and written\nA high standard of accuracy and attention to detail is a must\nWhat We Offer\n9-day fortnight and flexible start and finish times\nAdditional day leave on your birthday.\nA developed internal training program to support all levels with technical development and progression\nAn exposure to a broad range of projects\nOffice social events throughout the year\nExcellent learning environment as well as an inclusive team environment.\nOur Perth Office has a great balance of people at all levels (over 40 technical staff), including 9 Principals, meaning you will receive strong technical support to enhance your development.\nPlease note: We are closed from 19 December 2025 -
