Every role contributes to protecting businesses, livelihoods and communities, giving our people the opportunity to make a meaningful and visible impact.\nThe Role\nWe are currently hiring for an IT Programme Delivery Lead in our London office to lead the coordinated technical delivery of our Transformation programme and ensure solutions are robust, supportable and aligned to our technology strategy.\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nProgramme delivery: Own technical delivery across Transformation projects, keeping solutions aligned to agreed plans, budgets and programme outcomes.\nTechnical leadership: Lead Project Technical Leads and Solution Architects, providing clear direction, coaching, challenge and delivery governance.\nArchitecture alignment: Ensure solutions support enterprise architecture, technology strategy and long-term operational requirements.\nDependency management: Coordinate integrations, shared services, environments and technical dependencies across multiple projects.\nOperational readiness: Oversee testing, release and transition into business-as-usual support, including documentation, monitoring, resilience and knowledge transfer.\nWhat We're Looking For:\nTechnical delivery experience: At least five years of experience leading complex technical delivery across multi-disciplinary teams and projects.\nPeople leadership: Proven experience managing technical teams or functions, including senior technical specialists and third-party providers.\nSound judgement: The ability to balance delivery pace, quality, risk and long-term supportability in a changing programme environment.\nDelivery governance: Strong knowledge of programme governance, change control, release management and service transition.\nRegulated environments: Experience in insurance, financial services or another regulated sector is advantageous, but not essential.\nWhy Join CNA Hardy?\nOur workplace is dynamic, challenging and ever evolving.
