The role also oversees designated HR compliance activities, including employment eligibility administration, required training, audits, and regulatory process updates. In addition, the position provides program leadership and operational support for other HR Shared Services priorities based on business need.JOB DESCRIPTION:\nKey Responsibilities\nLeave AdministrationSupport the administration and governance of federal, state, local, and company leave programs\nServe as the first escalation point for complex leave, disability, accommodation, and employment eligibility matters\nInterpret requirements and translate them into consistent processes, documentation standards, and employee or manager guidance\nCoordinate with Employee Relations, Legal, Benefits, Payroll, HR partners, and vendors to ensure alignment on processes, requirements and hand-offs\nMonitor case trends, service quality, controls, and program risks\nSupport policy, system, process, and vendor improvements affecting leave administration\n\nHR ComplianceSupport assigned HR compliance programs and recurring administrative requirements\nPerform audits, remediation activities, documentation controls, and regulatory implementation\nMonitor relevant regulatory changes and assess operational impact\nDevelop procedures, communications, training, and readiness plans\nEscalate compliance risks and recommend practical corrective actions\n\nEstablishes program measures, monitors service quality and compliance trends, and uses reports & data to inform on operations, risks, recurring issues, and opportunities for operational improvement.\nLeads or contributes to other HR Shared Services initiatives involving policy administration, employee support, service delivery, process governance, systems, controls, or regulatory readiness, based on organizational priorities.\nQualifications\nRequired\nBachelor's Degree in relevant discipline, or equivalent\n4 or more years of leave administration or related experience.\nStrong knowledge of FMLA and state leave programs.\nExperience managing and overseeing HRIS and leave administration systems.\nStrong customer service and communication skills.\nExcellent attention to detail and organizational skills.\nAbility to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.\nPreferred\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.\nExperience with Workday, Dayforce, LeaveLink, or similar systems.\nSignificant experience with ADA, paid family leave, disability, or leave-of-absence programs.\n#LI-Hybrid\nIn certain jurisdictions, CNA is legally required to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role. In District of Columbia,California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois,Maryland, Massachusetts,New York and Washington, the national base pay range for this job level is$54,000 to $103,000 annually. Salary determinations are based on various factors, including but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.
