and compliance of the Bank’s policy\nReport all process deviations to Supervisor with recommendations\nIdentify the improvement opportunities / operation risk of existing workflow\nParticipate in projects on development of new products, automation / enhancement of related systems and enhance customer experience\nProvide coaching and training to junior staff\n• Handle ad-hoc matters and tasks assigned by Supervisor from time to time\nRequirements:\nRequirements\nDegree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines is preferred;\nMinimum 5 years’ experience in loan documentation and operations is preferred;\nGood knowledge on legal requirements for mortgage business and perfection of loan documentation;\nGood knowledge and concept in accounting principles and mortgage products;\nProficient in MS Office;\nPrudent and attentive to details;\nGood command of written and spoken English and
