maintenance request is timely and properly updated into relevant systems\nMonitor the return mail process, ensure the returned record is timely updated in system and the returned document is properly resent to customer\nMonitor customer information maintenance request such as Opt-out, phone banking maintenance, security token issuance, etc\nMonitor account service request such as cheque book application, signature imaging, bank confirmation and force customer closure\nMonitor personal internet banking (PIB) & Business internet banking (BIB) maintenance Verify the input correctness of document scanning, indexing, Signature imaging update\nMonitor other ad hoc tasks as assigned\nAssign tasks to the maker pool as well as monitor their completion within SLA and rejection status.\nAssist manager to review and update procedure manuals\nInitiate streamline ideas on daily operations to increase job efficiency\nParticipate in different system enhancement UATs as
