Working in a supportive team environment, you’ll complete daily vehicle inspections, communicate maintenance needs, and follow all CDL, DOT, and company safety standards while contributing to a safe and seamless production process that keeps our operations moving\nSchedule:\n Night Shift: 7:00pm - 7:00am (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday + alternating Saturdays)\n Day Shift: 8:00am - 4:00pm (Monday - Friday)\nWhat You'll Do\nTransporting Product:Safely drive CNG trucks and trailers to various warehouse locations throughout the Ohio Region, ensuring timely delivery and pick-up of products.\n\nLocal Shuttling:Transport product to and from production warehouses, following designated routes and schedules.\n\nPre- and Post-Trip Inspections:Conduct daily pre- and post-trip inspections of all vehicles and trailers using Geotab to ensure equipment is in proper working condition.\n\nEquipment Maintenance:Communicate any necessary repairs to the Fleet Manager to ensure equipment compliance with company standards, food safety requirements, and applicable laws.\n\n Safety Compliance:Adhere to all AIB, BRC Standards, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain a safe work environment.\n\nRegulatory Compliance:Maintain a current knowledge of and comply with CDL, DOT, and all company/plant-specific safety and operational standards.\n\nTraining:Complete monthly CNG cornerstone training to stay updated on safety and operational procedures.\n\nWhat You’ll Bring\nEssential Qualifications:\nAbility to work 12-hour shifts and lift up to 65 pounds\nAt least 21 years of age\nCurrent and Valid Class A License & Medical Card\nPass all DOT requirements to drive\nPass CNG road test\nBasic mechanical aptitude and comfort with measuring tools\nStrong communication skills and positive attitude\nWillingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment\nAbility to pass pre-employment drug screening\nCompensation & Benefits \nStarting Salary:\nWages ranging from $23.00 per hour.\nAdditional $2.50 per hour night shift differential.\nTotal Rewards:\n Employee Ownership -
