At CNG, you’ll do work that matters-and own it all.\nSchedule: Monday-Friday, Onsite\nLocation: Lexington, OH\nWhat You'll Do\nLead and grow a world-class Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) team, partnering with plant leadership to drive world-class performance. You will:\nCoach and develop EH&S team members while collaborating with leaders at every level, from senior leadership to front-line employees\nTrack key performance indicators and lead continuous improvement efforts across the business unit\nBuild EH&S strategies that align with corporate goals and reduce operational risk\nEnsure compliance with all federal, state, and local EH&S regulations through strong processes and accurate reporting\nConduct regular observations, inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify and eliminate workplace hazards\nManage hazardous chemicals and lead efforts to prevent environmental pollution\nOversee regulatory documentation, recordkeeping, and permitting to meet all deadlines\nLead incident response and investigation, driving corrective and preventive actions through practical engineering solutions\nOversee workplace injury cases in line with workers' compensation practices and the transitional return-to-work program\nDeliver EH&S training, including new hire orientation and contractor communication\nWhat You’ll Bring\nEssential Qualifications:\nBachelors Degree; preferably in EH&S, or related field. Master’s degree in EH&S a plus\n10+ years’ experience in safety management role.\nComprehensive knowledge of OSHA, EPA Regulations, DOT Regulations and Management Systems.
