Night Shift: 5:00pm - 5:00am (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday & alternating Saturdays)\n D - Night Shift: 5:00pm - 5:00am (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & alternating Saturdays)\nWhat You'll Do\nInstalling, upgrading, modifying, and working on various types of electrical systems, including three-phase power distribution, 480V three-phase motors with variable frequency drive configurations, AC/DC drives/ motors, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs)\nProvide preventive and predictive maintenance of electrical systems\nPerform repair or replacement of faulty electrical elements of equipment, including motors, relays, and switches\nIdentify when an external contractor/vendor is needed, and work in collaboration with the contractor/vendor to complete work\nModel, implement, and comply with electrical safety rules and related industry regulations\nComply with NEC, OSHA, NFPA, and other industry regulations.\nWhat You’ll Bring\nEssential Qualifications:\nAbility to work 12-hour shifts and lift up to 65 pounds\nAbility to work with measuring tools such as tape measure, calipers, etc.\nSolid technical/mechanical aptitude. \nStrong communication skills and positive attitude\nWillingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment\nAbility to pass pre-employment drug screening\nPreferred Qualifications:\n3-5 years electrical maintenance experience.\nWork schedule flexibility includes 12 hour shifts and some weekends with possibility of an on-call status.\nPrevious manufacturing experience\nCompensation & Benefits \nStarting Salary:\nWages ranging up to$27.00 per hour, dependent on experience.\nAdditional $2.50 per hour night shift differential.\nTotal Rewards:\n Employee Ownership -
