Production Operator

Position Schedule
Our schedule breakdown:
- B - Night Shift: 7:00pm - 7:00am (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday & rotating Saturday's)
- D - Night Shift: 7:00pm - 7:00am (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & rotating Saturday's)
Position Duties
- Operate and support production lines
- Progress through Operator levels
- Set up machines to work order specifications
- Inspect products for quality compliance and manage scrap
- Perform routine maintenance and housekeeping tasks
- Work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Collaborate with your team during shift changeovers
Position Qualifications
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and lift up to 55 pounds
- Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with measuring tools
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
