industry or freelance experience (freelance experience to be demonstrated with portfolio review)\nOR Associates Degree in art/fine art, trades, or related field (may count as two years of experience)\nOR Current industry certifications may be accepted in lieu of experience.\nAND One (1) year of related teaching or training experience.\nPreferences\nCurrent recognized industry certification.\nExperience with one or more of the following:Cold work metal shop equipment\nMIG welding\nTIG welding\nCNC plasma\nPowdercoating\nMetal Lathe & Manual
