With a patient-centered approach and cutting-edge technology, we support individuals and couples on their journey to parenthood. Our Financial coordinators will monitor our accounts and contact clients to set up payment plans, as well as post encounters and payments received from patients.\nRequired Duties and Responsibilities: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.\nMonitoring customer accounts and assisting them with payment plans, deposits, and one-time payments.\n\nReaching out to customers to discuss their debts and payment options.\n\nPosting payments and credits to customer’s billing ledgers.\n\nManaging payment plans and refund operations.\n\nWorking with the Patient Correspondence team to handle incoming calls from patients with collections questions.\n\nThis position may also be responsible for performing other duties as assigned, consistent with the role and operations needs of the organization\n\nQualifications:\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.\nReasoning Ability:\nAbility to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
