You’ll take the lead on understanding what our colleagues across Co-op need and turn that into a clear roadmap for delivering data products that make a real difference. Working with a multi-skilled, talented team, you’ll guide delivery from start to finish and champion change across your domain.\nWhy this role matters\nData products help us unlock insight, improve processes and create value across our Co-op. You’ll play a big part in shaping how we use data to drive better decision-making.\nWhat you’ll do\nShape and share a clear data product roadmap that aligns with Co-op’s strategy\nLead discovery workshops to build a clear understanding of our colleagues’ data needs\nCollaborate with a multi-skilled team to deliver robust data products\nMonitor delivery progress and keep the relevant parties informed\nManage the backlog and make sure work is prioritised effectively\nInspire and encourage colleagues to innovate and showcase the benefits of our work\nWhat you’ll bring\nWe’re committed to making our roles as accessible as possible, so we only ask for the minimum criteria. To thrive here, you’ll need to bring:\nExperience in collaborating with business stakeholders to build data product roadmaps\nExperience working with data products to impact business and financial performance\nExperience of prioritising workload in line with business value and impact\nKnowledge of data visualisation tools (such as Power BI and MicroStrategy)\nFamiliarity with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)\nGood communication and relationship-building skills\nWe know some people may hesitate to apply if they don’t meet every requirement.
