We’ll look to you to use a range of web and app analytics tools to provide data-driven recommendations that advise decision making across Co-op.\nWhy this role matters\nAs a Digital Analyst, you'll help us better understand how customers engage with Co-op across our websites and apps. Using a range of analytics tools and data sources, you'll turn customer behaviour into meaningful insights that influence decisions across the business, helping us make evidence-based improvements that deliver real value for our members and customers. You'll work closely with a wide range of stakeholders to provide analysis, recommendations, and support to help us get the most value from our digital data.\nWhat you’ll do\nAnalyse and understand our customer’s digital and online behaviours\nProvide regular and ad-hoc reports and data-driven recommendations to internal and external partners\nLead on the implementation and optimisation and use of digital analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, AppsFlyer, Microsoft Clarity, Contentsquare etc)\nUse tag management to set up event and campaign tracking\nHelp to develop and coach teams in the use of digital analytics tools\nWhat you’ll bring\nWe’re committed to making our roles as accessible as possible, so we only ask for the minimum criteria.
