Working alongside our Tax Managers, you'll support tax returns across probate and estate cases while developing your expertise within our growing legal business.\nWhy this job matters\nAs a Tax Administrator, you'll help families and beneficiaries navigate complex tax requirements with confidence, ensuring obligations are met and estates can be settled as smoothly as possible. Your attention to detail and support will play an important part in delivering a professional, caring service at what can be a difficult time for our clients.\nWhat you’ll do\nCarry out high volumes of administrative data entry work\n\nMake outbound calls to 3rd parties and clients to obtain information, and following up when required\n\nSupport Tax Managers by carrying out a range of administrative work including printing, handling confidential paperwork, and drafting letters to 3rd parties\n\nWork with a case management system and Microsoft Excel\n\nWork effectively from a task list, making sure that the task list is well maintained\n\nComplete a variety of ad-hoc requests to meet the needs of the team\n\nGain exposure to various tasks and processes that are managed by the tax team\n\nProvide Case Managers with tax support, so they can provide the best advice to our clients\n\nEngage with HMRC where required\n\nWhat you’ll bring\nWe’re committed to making our roles as accessible as possible, so we only ask for the minimum criteria.
