document requirements, define system specifications, and support the delivery of technology solutions that align with business objectives while developing expertise in business applications and their impact on the organization.\nHow you will create impact:\nContributing to estimating assigned tasks based on prior experience and collaborating with senior team members to validate assumptions and refine estimates.\nAssisting in conducting detailed analyses of business functions, processes, and operational challenges.\nDeveloping an understanding of application data and creating data flow diagrams to support system analysis and documentation.\nExecuting test scripts, validating actual results against expected outcomes, documenting defects, and supporting data reconciliation and calculation testing in collaboration with senior resources as needed.\nTroubleshooting application, data, interface, and automation issues, while escalating complex problems to senior team members curiosity and a demonstrated ability to quickly learn new applications and technologies.\nYou have a strong attention to detail, a commitment to maintaining data quality, and the ability to identify, investigate, and resolve data and system issues\nYou have working knowledge of SQL, relational databases, Microsoft Excel, and the analysis of large datasets.\nHaving exposure to RPA or automation technologies, Informatica or other ETL/data integration tools, APIs, JSON, Postman, Power BI, or scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell is an asset.\nHaving familiarity with Git/GitHub, $83,800\nThe salary amount for the successful candidate is determined by Co-operators in its discretion and will vary depending on several criteria including but not limited to: local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualification, experience and education.\nEmployees may also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn additional compensation tied to individual and/or business performance, or other business
