Strong business English is a plus or can be a second language.\n* You have at least one year of experience in sales, business development, consulting, or lead generation, ideally in SaaS, HRTech, or a startup environment.\n* You have a true hunter mindset. You’re proactive, structured, and energized by outreach and the thrill of the chase.\n* You communicate exceptionally well, both in writing and speaking. You know how to create interest fast and build trust quickly.\n* You’re comfortable using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Aircall, Notion, and email sequencing platforms.
