We bring our industry expertise together to continually push the boundaries of what insurance can be for our clients.\nResponsibilities:\nServes as a technical support in the overall IT concentrating on more complex technological issues. \nExperienced in Network Engineering and associated administrative functions\nExperienced in Security Operations and SIEM\nExperience with managing 3rd party infrastructure support providers\nProvides first-class technical support by isolating, analyzing technical issues, and resolving those issues\nPerforms optimization of operating systems, including the application of Operating System patches and troubleshooting communication devices. \nOffers creative solutions for client issues which meet all previously fixed quality standards; escalates calls within the given time guidelines. \nInstall, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end-user workstations and related hardware and software to deliver required desktop service levels.\nAssists with Audit and Compliance throughout the IT Operation\nManages expectations of end users through regular communications channels and progress reports. \nAdhere to and improve IT support policies and procedures.\nManagement of the IT Infrastructure Hardware and Software life cycles\nProvide technical assistance and one-on-one support as required.\nAssess the need and implement performance upgrades to workstations.\nMaintain asset and user management system and improve procedures as necessary.\nAccurately document instances of desktop equipment or component failures, repairs, and installation.\nDevelop expertise for troubleshooting all IT Infrastructure platforms\nQualifications:\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Management\nDeep knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, and Exchange & other software products.\nDeep knowledge of Fortinet networking Infrastructure and Applications.\nStrong communication skills with the ability to listen well to others and develop effective solutions to meet needs.\nComfortable communicating up the organizational chain\nA proven track record of being well organized and able to manage projects to meet deadlines\nAbility to handle confidential information in accordance with organization policies and procedures.\nOffice environment with extensive sitting, some standing, walking, stooping, reaching and the ability to lift 40 pounds.\nundefined\nPreferred Skills and Abilities:\nMinimum Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology-related field.\nFamiliar with Amazon Web Services platforms.\nFamiliar with Azure Cloud Services\nFamiliar with Fortinet Networking Platforms and Applications\nExperience with Mobile Device Management and iOS device provisioning\nFamiliar with Security platforms like Splunk, Tenable, Code analysis tools\nFamiliar with Microsoft Sentinal and Defender Products\nFamiliar with ITIL Framework \n**This role must sit in our Morristown, NJ office on our hybrid schedule, being in office no less than 3 days a week**.\nSalary range specific to for this role : $78,000-$95,000 + discretionary incentive bonus + benefits depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. The offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, experience, and qualifications.
