This role will work directly with the DivisionHex teams to support the multiple frameworks and teams across Coalfire to successfully deliver projects within the defined scope, on time, and on budget. The Senior Project Manager works with all stakeholders in building and growing client relationships and handling escalated issues appropriately.\nWhat You’ll Do\nFull project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for multiple initiatives simultaneously\n\nServes as the main point of contact for the customer and the Coalfire team throughout the project\n\nPrepare project plans for all phases of the project or program with appropriate level of detail\n\nWork with Resource Deployment Managers to secure resources to achieve project objectives in planned timeframe\n\nDemonstrates ability to manage a high-volume portfolio while maintaining a strong sense of urgency and moving work forward efficiently\n\nSkilled at keeping pace with large accounts involving multiple moving parts\n\nClosely work with engagement lead to manage the day-to-day activities and resources on project engagements\n\nProvide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership\n\nUnderstand interdependencies between technology, operations, and business needs\n\nResponsible for project scope, budget, timelines, communication, and change management\n\nSet and continually manage project expectations and risks while delegating and managing deliverable with project team members and stakeholders\n\nMonitor, track and control issues, conflicts, dependencies, and critical path deliverables. Escalates issues when necessary and follows escalation through to resolution\n\nDevelop and deliver progress reports, requirements documentation and presentations to various audiences, including project team, sponsors, and key stakeholders\n\nWork with a team of matrixed employees to deliver a succinct customer experience\n\nEnsure that projects and programs are proceeding according to established quality standards\n\nUnderstand project management principles, methods, and techniques\n\nEffectively applies Coalfire methodology and enforces project standards.
