Working with business partners, the Analyst develops and maintains SharePoint-based intranet and knowledge management solutions, supports content governance, administers established reports, and provides training and end-user support.\nThe role identifies opportunities to improve information access, processes, tools and the employee experience.\nWhat you’ll get to do\nCreate and maintain knowledge management documentation and procedures, conduct assigned content and governance reviews, address routine content issues, and provide findings and recommendations to the Knowledge Management Team Lead.\nGather business requirements and design, configure, test and maintain approved SharePoint-based solutions and workflows.\nCollect and validate data, run and distribute established reports, and maintain reporting assets.\nDevelop and deliver training, guidance and resources that help employees use intranet and knowledge management tools and processes effectively.\nGuide business partners and content owners on publishing, content organization and knowledge management practices.\nProvide day-to-day support to intranet and knowledge management users by answering questions, troubleshooting issues and escalating complex matters.\nLead assigned workstreams or small-scale initiatives and support larger projects.\nIdentify recurring issues and recommend improvements to processes, platform functionality and the employee experience.\nSupport the broader Communications team on internal communications initiatives, including intranet content management, knowledge management expertise and project support.\nWho are we looking for?\nPost-secondary diploma or degree in business administration, communications, information management, technology, analytics or a related field. Equivalent combinations of education, technical certifications and relevant experience will be considered.\nThree to five years of relevant experience in knowledge management, SharePoint administration, content management, digital workplace solutions, business analysis or a related field\nExperience gathering business requirements and coordinating work involving multiple stakeholders.\nStrong knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft 365, including configuring sites, pages, libraries, lists, permissions and workflows\nStrong knowledge of content governance, content lifecycle, information architecture and metadata\nStrong knowledge of web accessibility standards and plain language principles\nStrong written and verbal communication\nExperience administering established reports or dashboards using Tableau, Power BI or similar tools is an asset\nExperience developing and delivering training and providing end-user support is an asset\nEquity, Diversity & Inclusion at Coast Capital\nDon’t meet every single requirement?
