In this role, you will be responsible for leading, overseeing, and ensuring the successful delivery of complex, multi-cloud Salesforce implementations at a massive, multi-million dollar enterprise scale for major healthcare providers, payers, pharmaceutical companies, and medical device manufacturers.\nAs a senior leader within the delivery team, you will align large-scale implementation strategies with our HLS clients' core business objectives-such as improving patient outcomes, optimizing care coordination, and enhancing provider experiences-while ensuring seamless adoption of Salesforce solutions across diverse, cross-functional clinical and operational departments. You will handle end-to-end governance, ensuring all solutions meet strict industry compliance, security, and data privacy standards.\nRole Responsibilities:\nStrategic Client & Stakeholder Management\nExecutive Partnership: Partner directly with Coastal Leadership to manage critical client relationships with Key HLS Stakeholders and Steering Committee Members. \nRelationship Ownership: Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned enterprise HLS clients and programs. \nOperating Models: Establish and maintain robust engagement and operating models tailored to various stakeholder groups. \nAccount Growth: Provide strategic direction to expand Coastal Cloud's footprint across 1-2 key clients or programs. \nExecutive Reporting: Provide high-impact project and program updates to diverse stakeholders across multiple executive forums. \nEnterprise Program Delivery & Governance\nMulti-Cloud Ecosystems: Lead multiple complex workstreams concurrently in a multi-cloud environment (e.g., Salesforce Health Cloud, MuleSoft integrations with EHR/EMR systems).. \nDelivery Planning: Establish comprehensive project delivery plans, tracking progress, critical paths, and key milestones. \nCross-Project Dependencies: Proactively manage cross-project dependencies and represent your programs in various corporate cross-project forums. \nRisk & Issue Mitigation: Proactively identify, track, and mitigate critical risks and issues impacting large-scale project delivery. \nFinancial & Metric Accountability: Drive strict forecast accuracy, maintain optimal program profitability, and manage key performance metrics to guide programs to successful completion. \nContractual Support: Collaborate closely with Engagement Managers and Directors to identify escalation points, address project hurdles, and assist in developing scopes of work (SOWs) or other contract-related documentation . \nTeam Leadership & Delivery Excellence\nTeam Management: Direct and lead internal and client teams across the program, managing a headcount of 10+ team members, including other Project Managers. \nMentorship: Provide real-time mentorship, guidance, and professional development to program team members and Project Managers. \nAgile Methodology: Guide delivery teams with estimation techniques, sprint planning, and performance tracking. \nProcess Accountability: Hold project teams strictly accountable for adhering to company and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) procedures, methodologies, and tools. \nExperience/Skills Required:\nHLS Enterprise Leadership: 3+ years of experience working specifically as a Program Manager leading large-scale technology implementations within the Healthcare, Payer, Provider, or Life Sciences space.\nPMO Background: 10+ years of dedicated Project Management Office (PMO) experience. \nConsulting Expertise: 5+ years of experience within a professional consulting environment. \nFinancial Scope: Proven competence managing large-scale programs budgeted at $2M+ annually. \nSalesforce & Health Tech Expertise: Hands-on experience overseeing Salesforce project implementations; deep understanding of Salesforce Health Cloud and integrations with healthcare ecosystems (HL7, FHIR standards, EHR/EMR systems) is highly preferred.\nTeam Scale: Documented experience managing teams of 10+ members, including sub-project managers. \nTechnical Literacy: Strong technical background encompassing software development, testing, automation, DevOps, CI/CD, and Quality Control processes. \nStrategic Leadership: Proficient in maintaining critical executive client relationships, driving key strategic decisions, and providing thoughtful leadership. \nTools Proficiencies: Expertise in using modern project management and collaboration tools such as Smartsheets, Lucidcharts, Google Apps, and MS Office, with the agility to quickly onboard onto new systems. \nProblem Solving: Excellent troubleshooting, risk management, and collaborative problem-solving skills. \nCommunication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. \nMust have full-time, permanent US work authorization.\nWillingness to travel up to 50% to client sites as required\nWhy Coastal, and what we offer:\nFlexible working hours with an emphasis on a life-work balance (in that order!)\nRemote flexible work; plus company office locations in Palm Coast, FL; Atlanta, GA; Tysons, VA & Lexington, KY; travel as required to client locations \nUnlimited Paid Time Off (RTO), 401K with Company Match, and Medical, Vision, & Dental coverage \nCompetitive quarterly bonus opportunities\nContinuing education and certification reimbursements, specifically within the Salesforce and Snowflake ecosystems; plus occasional in-house competitions with spot bonuses\nA flexible and fun team culture!
