We offer various studio, 1, 2, 3, and 4-bedroom fully furnished apartments for rent near Virginia Commonwealth University, featuring a custom furniture package, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, luxury plank flooring, high-speed Wi-Fi and smart TV included, a washer and dryer, USB charging ports, and plenty more!\nWhat You’ll Own:\nKeep all interior and exterior areas clean, safe, and presentable at all times, including buildings, common areas, amenities, and grounds. Tasks include picking up litter, sweeping, blowing, or pressure-washing breezeways, parking lots, and other shared spaces.\nCare for plants, shrubs, and flowers by watering and ensuring their healthy appearance.\nAssist with swimming pool cleaning and maintenance to ensure compliance with safety standards.\nSupport unit turnover processes, including trashing out vacant units and collaborating with vendors to maintain quality standards.\nProvide friendly and professional service to current, future, and past residents, including delivering and posting newsletters and correspondence.\nInspect the property daily to identify and address hazardous conditions or liability concerns.\nUse property resources, equipment, and supplies efficiently and safely.\nAssist with light maintenance duties as needed.\nPerform other responsibilities as assigned by management.\nWhat You’ll Bring:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nBasic English communication skills to follow instructions and interact with residents and team members.\nBasic computer skills for completing work orders or other property tasks.\nPrevious experience in groundskeeping, general maintenance, or housekeeping is preferred but not required.\nPhysical ability to frequently walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift/move loads up to 50 lbs, as well as climb and work from ladders.\nMust live within 30 miles of the property and have reliable transportation to participate in on-call duties.\nOur Company:\nBuilt on the foundation of over 20 years of friendships, Coastal Ridge is a vertically integrated multifamily real estate operator, investor, and developer whose unique approach successfully combines data and experience.
