You will focus on developing and managing Web2 B2B clients looking to adopt stablecoin payment solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their payment needs and provide tailored fiat and stablecoin payment solutions, owning the sales journey from prospecting to closing and beyond.\nRole Responsibilities:\nDrive end-to-end B2B sales, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation, closing and account management.\nDevelop relationships with clients across PSPs, CFD platforms, card services, advertising and other cross-border businesses.\nIdentify client payment pain points and recommend suitable fiat and stablecoin payment solutions.\nBuild and manage a strong sales pipeline, identify high-potential opportunities and consistently drive deals to closure.\nDevelop long-term relationships with key accounts and uncover opportunities for expansion and upselling.\nPartner closely with Product, Operations and Compliance teams to support client onboarding and solution implementation.\nStay on top of developments across payments, stablecoins and Web3, bringing market and client insights back to the business.\nBe open to approximately 30% travel based on business needs.\nRole Requirements:\nAt least 3+ years of B2B sales experience, with a strong track record in business development and commercial negotiation.\nExperience in fiat payments, particularly acquiring and settlement; exposure to stablecoin payments is a strong plus.\nStrong ability to independently prospect, identify opportunities, understand client needs and close deals.\nComfortable using AI tools to improve sales productivity and workflows.\nCommercially minded, self-driven and highly results-oriented, with strong relationship-building skills.\nPreferred Skills:\nStrong understanding of the Web2 payments ecosystem and the payment needs of businesses looking to launch or adopt stablecoin payment solutions.\nStrong client network and business development experience in the local market is required;
