Not the other way around.\nThis position offers the flexibility of remote work within the US, with a preference for those near major airport hubs to facilitate travel, which is expected to range between 30-60%.\nKey Responsibilities:\nOversee onsite testing and preparation of robot fleet.\n\nCoordinate across cross-functional teams (engineering, solutions, operations, and customer sales) to define project scope, milestones, and deliverables.\n\nLead project planning, resource allocation, and scheduling to ensure timely and efficient deployment.\n\nConduct thorough risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential challenges.\n\nCollaborate with external customers to understand their specific requirements, provide technical expertise, and offer solutions that meet their operational needs.\n\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives throughout conducting internal lessons learned and documenting proposed process changes.\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial), Business, or other related fields.\n\n5+ years of professional experience in project or program management; maintain end-to-end accountability for a portfolio of 1-3 concurrent projects, leading each project through the full lifecycle - from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring and controlling and closeout while ensuring delivery against scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, resource and stakeholder objectives\n\nExperience leading deployments of robotics, automation or other innovative technologies in warehouses, manufacturing, or healthcare sectors.\n\nStrong understanding of robotic systems, automation, hardware/software integration, and related deployment methodologies.\n\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and customers.\n\nAnalytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and repeatable processes.\n\nProven experience building strong customer relationships built on trust and reliability.\n\nSkilled in creating detailed operational workflows, training materials, and documentation.\n\nWillingness to travel (30-60%) for customer visits and onsite implementation activities.\n\nHighly motivated, thriving in fast-paced and collaborative environments.\n\nMust have and maintain US work authorization.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nMaster’s in Engineering, Business Administration, or other related field.\n\nExperience working with early technology in a startup environment.\n\nSuccessfully introduced multiple robotic systems into pathways through production.\n\nExperience with systems integration and architecture.\n\nPrior experience in managing concurrent pilot programs.\n\nInnovative problem-solving skills, with experience in streamlining deployment processes.\n\nThe annual base salary range for this position is [$150,000-$180,000] plus equity and comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision plans, 401(k) plan, unlimited paid vacation time, paid sick leave, and parental leave. Our salary ranges are determined by role and experience level. The range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in the noted geographic area.
