Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and reliable Skilled Baker to join our early morning production team. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and bake a variety of breads, rolls and sweets from scratch Follow and maintain consistency with established recipes and production schedules Mix, shape, proof, and bake doughs with attention to quality and timing Monitor ovens and adjust baking conditions as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are strictly followed Assist with inventory tracking and ingredient preparation Qualifications
