In this role, you will work closely with account managers, clients, and cross-functional teams to develop effective advertising solutions, strengthen proposal quality, and contribute directly to revenue growth.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nJoin client meetings to receive briefs and translate business objectives into strategic media plans on the Cốc Cốc Ads platform.\nLead the development of integrated media strategies, proposals, and campaign planning aligned with client KPIs.\nProactively propose advertising packages, new ad formats, and creative solutions to enhance campaign performance.\nPresent strategic recommendations to clients and confidently represent Cốc Cốc’s proposals.\nCollaborate with the QC team to implement new ad formats and campaign packages effectively.\nMonitor campaign performance and optimize strategies to ensure KPIs are met or exceeded.\nPartner with Sales teams to acquire new clients and grow existing accounts through insight-driven proposals.\nConduct market and industry research to identify growth opportunities and strategic directions for key verticals.\nREQUIREMENTS:\nRequired Qualifications\nMinimum 3+ years of experience in strategic planning (digital media / advertising / agency / ad platform preferred)\nStrong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and social media platforms\nAbility to build and implement comprehensive IMC plans\nSolid experience in market research and data analysis\nStrong presentation, storytelling, and stakeholder-management skills\nGood command of written and spoken English.\nNice-to-have\nStrong project management and decision-making capability.\nExperience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.\nUnderstanding of market trends and evolving digital advertising ecosystems.\nExperience developing new advertising solutions or formats is a plus. \nHIRING PROCESS\nPhone Screening > Onsite Interview > Home Assignment > Offering\nWHY YOU'LL LOVE WORKING FOR CỐC CỐC\nFew countries have local challengers in the search and browser space.
