The Senior ABAP Developer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including SAP functional consultants, project managers, and enterprise architects, to ensure that the solutions meet business requirements and are scalable, secure, efficient, and reliable.\nYOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nTechnical Development:\no Develop, modify, and enhance custom SAP applications using ABAP programming language, including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms (RICEF).\no Write efficient, well-documented, and maintainable code that meets organizational and SAP best practices.\no Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and implement solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing SAP modules.\nProblem Solving and Debugging:\no Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues within SAP systems, including debugging existing programs and performing root cause analysis for system errors or inefficiencies.\no Provide timely and effective support to resolve user-reported issues and implement enhancements as needed.\nDocumentation and Testing:\no Create and maintain technical documentation for all developments, ensuring that coding standards, naming conventions, and documentation practices are consistently followed.\no Participate in and support unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that developments meet the specified requirements and are free from defects.\nCollaboration and Communication:\no Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other IT professionals, to deliver projects on time and within scope.\no Effectively communicate technical concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.\nContinuous Improvement:\no Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies, tools, and methodologies, including S/4HANA, ABAP on HANA, and SAP Fiori.\no Proactively suggest and implement improvements to existing SAP solutions to enhance performance, scalability, and user experience.\nProject Management Support:\no Contribute to project planning activities by providing accurate estimates of development efforts and timelines.\no Assist in the preparation of project documentation, such as technical specifications, project plans, and progress reports.\nEnsure reliable operation of business-critical services by meeting agreed SLAs, optimizing performance and availability, and driving rapid incident resolution with a strong focus on incident & ticket volume reduction and MTTR reduction\nMonitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve production systems, leveraging operational insights, automation, and root cause analysis to enhance service stability, resilience, and user experience\nARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?\nUniversity Degree in IT.\n8+ years of IT Experience in the development of customer systems across multiple technology domains.\nProven knowledge in writing, debugging, and optimizing ABAP code (5+ years)\nExcellent knowledge in forms (adobe forms, smart forms, sap script)\nExcellent knowledge in ABAP workbench tools, workflows, OO-ABAP\nVery good knowledge in Webservices (SOAP and REST)\nProven knowledge in SAP Fiori/UI5(CDS, JavaScript, AMDP, WebIDE, SAP BTP, BAS)\nExcellent knowledge of functional SAP modules (e.g. SD/MM/HR/FI/CO) is a plus.\nVery good knowledge in developing ODATA.\nVery good knowledge with SAP Change and Release Management (ChaRM) functionality is a plus.\nExperience with ABAP Test Cockpit (ATC) is a plus.\nExperience/knowledge of agile frameworks such as SAFe, Scrum is beneficial.\nExperience with work management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, SNOW is a plus.\nStrong quality-based ethic including deployment practices.\nAbility to analyze and critically assess problems.\nAbility to see the big picture as well as paying attention to the smallest detail.\nDesired experience of IT services in complex multinational environments\nHolder of relevant certifications for Fiori, BTP, ABAP on Cloud, is a plus.\nGood understanding of mission critical architectures, business continuity and disaster recovery planning, implementation and testing\nExperience in migrating large size systems to cloud [e.g. CRM, ERP, BW]\nExperience in Azure Cloud is a major advantage.\nExcellent spoken and written English.\nCommunication and organizational skills\nABOUT YOUR NEW TEAM:\nWe are Coca-Cola Hellenic, a growth-focused consumer goods business and strategic bottling partner of the Coca-Cola Company.
