The role supports production by minimizing downtime, improving equipment performance, and implementing preventive and predictive maintenance strategies while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and operational excellence.\nABOUT YOUR NEW JOB RESPONSIBILITIES\nMaintenance & Reliability:\nMaintain and troubleshoot mechanical systems on Krones and Sidel production and packaging lines. \nPerform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to maximize equipment availability. \nDiagnose mechanical failures using root cause analysis and implement permanent corrective actions. \nMonitor equipment performance indicators such as MTBF, MTTR, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). \nProduction Support:\nProvide immediate technical support during production breakdowns. \nCoordinate maintenance activities to minimize production interruptions. \nEnsure production equipment operates safely and efficiently while meeting quality standards. \nParticipate in startup, shutdown, and commissioning of production equipment. \nContinuous Improvement\nIdentify opportunities to improve machine reliability, productivity, and energy efficiency. \nLead and support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and TPM methodologies. \nParticipate in equipment modifications, upgrades, and process optimization projects. \nRecommend improvements to reduce maintenance costs and increase equipment lifespan. \nEquipment Management\nMaintain mechanical documentation, maintenance records, and spare parts requirements. \nCoordinate with suppliers and OEMs for technical support and major repairs. \nEnsure critical spare parts are identified and available. \nAssist in planning annual maintenance shutdowns and overhaul activities. \nHealth, Safety & Quality\nEnsure compliance with company safety procedures and environmental regulations. \nApply Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures during maintenance activities. \nSupport food safety, GMP, HACCP, and quality management requirements. \nPromote a safe working environment and participate in safety audits. \nCross-Functional Collaboration\nWork closely with Production, Electrical, Automation, and Quality teams. \nSupport operator training on basic mechanical maintenance and autonomous maintenance activities. \nParticipate in daily production and maintenance meetings. \nA RE THSES YOUR SECERET INGRIDENTS\nBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. \n2-3 years of experience in beverage, FMCG, food, or packaging manufacturing. \nExperience working with Krones filling, labeling, conveying, and packaging equipment. \nExperience working with Sidel blow molding, filling, and packaging systems. \nKnowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices. \nFamiliarity with CMMS systems (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo, or similar). \nUnderstanding of TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and Root Cause Analysis methodologies. \nGood knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical power transmission systems. \nStrong troubleshooting and analytical skills. \nGood communication skills and ability to work in a cross-functional team. \nProficiency in Microsoft Office. \nExperience with beverage filling and packaging operations. \nKnowledge of PET bottle manufacturing processes. \nFamiliarity with food safety standards and GMP requirements. \nExperience participating in equipment installation and commissioning projects. \nAbility to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical manuals. \nStrong planning, organizational, and time management skills. \nHOW WE WILL SUPPORT YOU\nYou’ll have a buddy who will introduce you to the business, your daily routines during your onboarding period.\nInternational career opportunities: As a large and expanding company, we offer unique opportunities for role changes and enriching experiences and capabilities, including cross-functional transitions and international assignments.\n4 unique core values: Customer first, We over I, Make it simple and Deliver sustainably form the foundation of a robust culture that enables continuous and sustainable growth.\nCompetitive remuneration and social package\n\nABOUT YOUR NEW TEAM\nWe are Coca-Cola Hellenic, a growth-focused consumer goods business and strategic bottling partner of the Coca-Cola Company.
