You will work closely with business stakeholders, translating ambiguous problems into scalable data products deployed across 29 markets. Beyond individual contribution, you will play a key role in shaping our data science practices and, over time, lead and mentor a small team of data scientists, ensuring high standards in both technical delivery and business impact. This is a high-impact role suited for someone who can independently drive complex problems end-to-end and balance deep technical execution with evolving leadership responsibilities.\nYOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nCollaborate extensively with business stakeholders to deeply understand challenges and identify opportunities. \nOwn the end-to-end delivery of advanced analytics and machine learning solutions, from problem framing to production deployment and continuous improvement, working within Agile/SAFe ways of working. \nDevelop and implement machine learning and statistical models to extract insights, predict trends, and provide actionable recommendations. \nAnalyze large and complex datasets to identify opportunities to enhance existing solutions and develop new ones. \nLead the development of proof-of-concept solutions and ensure their scalability across multiple markets. \nWork closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers and business experts, to ensure robust, scalable, and production-ready solutions. \nProactively identify opportunities to improve existing solutions and propose new data-driven initiatives that deliver measurable business value. \nContribute to building and scaling a high-performing data science team, acting as a technical reference point, driving best practices, and supporting the development of other data scientists. \nARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?\n5+ years of hands-on experience in data science or advanced analytics roles, with a strong track record of delivering production-grade solutions \nStrong proficiency in Python and PySpark, with the ability robust, well-structured, and efficient code that balances readability and performance \nSolid understanding of machine learning, statistical modeling, and experimentation, with the ability to apply the right approach to real-world business problems \nExperience working with large-scale datasets and distributed data processing, as well as cloud-based data platforms (preferably Azure & Databricks) \nProven experience in owning projects end-to-end, from business understanding to deployment and impact measurement \nDemonstrated ability to build scalable solutions that go beyond one-off analyses or prototypes \nStrong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities to enhance existing solutions and propose new data-driven strategies \nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and collaborate effectively with other team members and external vendors \nAbility to balance hands-on technical work with leadership responsibilities, with experience in leading and guiding other data scientists \nExcellent collaboration, communication and presentation skills, with the ability effectively interact and influence stakeholders, translating technical concepts into analytical approaches and business impact \nExperience in CPG, retail, or commercial analytics (e.g. route-to-market, assortment) is a strong advantage \nBSc or MSc, in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering or a related quantitative field \nABOUT YOUR NEW TEAM:We are Coca-Cola Hellenic, a growth-focused consumer goods business and strategic bottling partner of the Coca-Cola Company.
