As a senior team member, you'll serve as a go-to expert, guiding colleagues, resolving complex planning challenges, and influencing business decisions through data-driven insights.\nWhat You'll Do\nPlay a key role in the demand planning process, delivering accurate forecasts that support business performance and customer needs.\nContribute to Business Planning, rolling forecasts, and monthly demand review cycles.\nPartner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure demand plans reflect business priorities, promotions, and product launches.\nAnalyze trends, market insights, and business drivers to identify risks, opportunities, and improve forecast accuracy.\nPresent demand insights and recommendations to support business decision-making.\nAct as a subject matter expert, providing guidance on complex demand planning topics and contributing to the continuous improvement of forecasting and planning processes.\nWhat We're Looking For\nExperience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning, Reporting and/or Business Analytics within FMCG.\nStrong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a high level of accuracy.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nAdvanced Excel skills.
