You will have the opportunity to contribute to the strategy, design, and development of our Data Mesh Platform, enabling data-driven insights, predictive capabilities, and smarter decision-making for end users across all our countries.\nAs part of our Enterprise Insights Transformation and AI adoption journey, this role plays a pivotal part in driving the modernization of SAP BW leveraging SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC), and integrating with Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI to build a unified, scalable, and AI-ready data foundation across Coca-Cola HBC.\nThe role involves significant collaboration with business, IT teams, and Product Management to enable integration and transformation of data from various systems - including SAP - into structures that power analytical solutions, AI/ML models, and data products.\nYOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nLead and mentor a team of platform engineers in delivering high-quality solutions using SAP BDC\nDrive the modernization of SAP BW as part of the Enterprise Insights Transformation, leveraging SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) to enable seamless data extraction, harmonization, and exposure from SAP landscapes.\nWork with stakeholders and Product Managers to understand required platform capabilities; support SAP BW to SAP BDC migration journey planning and delivery.\nOwn platform lifecycle management, including upgrades, operational stability, reliability, and continuous improvements.\nDrive solution design, testing, troubleshooting, deployment, and operational excellence across Azure environments.\nProvide technical leadership, coaching, and knowledge sharing across engineering teams and platform users.\nStay updated with the latest Azure data technologies, SAP BDC capabilities, Microsoft Fabric releases, and best practices.\nEnsure that the platform is scalable, reliable, secure, and compliant with organization standards and policies.\nConfigure ETL from SAP S/4HANA modules and sub-modules according to approved design documents, including 3rd-party add-ons and integrated components.\nSupport the modernization of SAP BW by configuring and validating data extraction, transformation, and loading processes aligned with the transition to SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC).\nConfigure and validate integration touchpoints between SAP BDC and downstream analytics platforms - Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI - ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across the analytics pipeline.\nAnalyze business requirements and support fit-to-standard and gap analysis to ensure process harmonization across plants, warehouses, and procurement units - including requirements driven by the Enterprise Insights Transformation program.\nPrepare functional specifications in collaboration with technical and integration teams, including specifications for SAP BDC data exposure and Fabric/Databricks integration objects.\nSupport Power BI reporting requirements by ensuring underlying SAP and BDC data structures are correctly configured, validated, and documented to enable reliable semantic models and dashboards.\nExecute unit testing and actively support integration testing and UAT, including end-to-end validation of data flows from SAP BDC into Databricks and Microsoft Fabric environments.\nSupport end-user training, knowledge transfer, and process adoption across business units and shared service environments - covering new analytics workflows enabled by SAP BDC, Fabric, and Power BI.\nProvide Level 3 production support, including incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement recommendations across SAP and integrated analytics platforms.\nContribute to Agile/SAFe delivery processes, including technical planning, prioritization, sprint execution, and cross-team coordination.\nARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.\n5+ years of experience in leading and managing engineering teams.\n5+ years of SAP BW configuration experience in a relevant domain.\nUnderstanding of SAP BW concepts - including InfoProviders, extractors, transformations, and queries - and awareness of SAP BW modernization approaches (BW/4HANA, SAP BDC).\nFamiliarity with SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC), including its role in exposing harmonized SAP data to cloud-native analytics consumers.\nAwareness of integration patterns between SAP and modern analytics platforms such as Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI, with the ability to validate configuration and data flows end-to-end.\nBasic familiarity with Power BI reporting and an understanding of how SAP and BDC data layers support BI consumption.\nProficiency in analyzing business requirements and mapping them to SAP configuration solutions.\nSkilled in mapping and analyzing business processes, with hands-on design, configuration, testing, and go-live experience on SAP implementation projects.\nProficiency in creating detailed documentation including functional specifications, test scripts, and process guides.\nUniversity degree in a relevant area or equivalent work experience.\nHigh level of learning agility, adaptability, and a continuous improvement mindset - essential in a rapidly evolving SAP and analytics landscape.\nEnglish language proficiency.\nKnowledge of FMCG or Consumer Products business processes and best practices in the respective business process area is a plus.\nStrong ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver under ambiguity.\nExcellent communication skills - able to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders and vice versa.\nExcellent spoken and written English\nCommunication, organizational and analytical skills\nABOUT YOUR NEW TEAM:\nWe are Coca-Cola Hellenic, a growth-focused consumer goods business and strategic bottling partner of the Coca-Cola Company.
