What You'll Do Conduct microbiological analysis of raw materials, intermediate products, and finished products Ensure compliance with food safety standards, regulatory requirements, and quality systems Monitor and verify the effectiveness of cleaning and sanitization processes (CIP & COP) Prepare laboratory reagents, culture media, and microbiological samples for analysis Monitor microbiology laboratory stock levels and ensure availability of testing materials Validate laboratory equipment performance and implement corrective actions where required Prepare microbiological trend analysis reports and highlight key risks and improvement o
