ABOUT THE JOB
The role is a key part of the Key Account team, you will play a critical role in driving sustainable growth across the Supermarkets sub-trade channel. The role is responsible for managing and growing strategic customer partnerships across e-Retail, National Key Accounts, Regional Supermarket Chains, and Local Chains. A key part of the role will involve using market, customer, and performance data to identify growth opportunities, monitor key channel KPIs, evaluate competitive activity, and make informed commercial decisions. You will also drive effective execution through regular trade visits, performance reviews.
IS THIS YOU?
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business Administration or Economics; MBA will be considered as a plus+
- 5+ years of experience in Key Account Management experience Supermarkets or related.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and high ability to influence senior stakeholders and peers.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Data driven and analytical
- Time Management & Timely Decision Making
- Excellent Category Management knowledge
- Excellent business process knowledge
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Aligns robust Joint Business Plan with assigned customers annually and cooperates in training KA sales teams to ensure supermarkets channel understanding and priorities.
- Ensure Marketing integration into Customers Plans and Commercial Activity Plans developed on annual basis.
- In partnership with Marketing and System Partners, develops cost-effective promotional and marketing activities to support Sales Volume, Revenue and Brand Equity in directly managed outlets and customers managed by team.
- Ensures effective allocation of promotional and marketing budget across all customers, the effective utilization of PFP spend and compliance with contractual provisions to secure expected outcomes.
- Monitors all supermarket-related KPI’s for KA channel and creates routines for monitoring pricing and trade activities and reports internally on monthly basis.
- Creates routines and trade visit schedule across total country to monitoring execution at all levels and support the Regions.
- Builds productive relationships with field sales team, capabilities unit, RtM, Marketing, Finance, Legal, BSO, BSS, and Customer Logistics aimed at driving customer satisfaction.
- Follow up and promotes the company values and culture, and helps employees to understand and embrace them.
- Looks for opportunities to improve processes, capture new ideas from the team and competition activities, in the market. Justify and roll-out with speed and quality.
- Ensures adherence to undertaking legislation, CC Hellenic Standards, and other internal and external regulatory compliance.
