Plant Maintenance Management\n-Creation, updating, and monitoring of the maintenance plan and related procedures.\n-Spare parts coding in SAP;\n-Creation and follow-up of Work Orders;\n-Management of Technical Suppliers (Services and Spare Parts);\n-Technical warehouse management: spare parts, consumables and clothing orders, inventory and provisioning;\n-Repair and Maintenance, Consumables budget management;\n-Management of a team of Maintenance Technician (6 people);\n-Breakdown analysis and implementation of corrective actions.\n2. Plant Engineering & Continuous Improvement Management\n-Planning, managing, and overseeing CAPEX for plant improvements and upgrades;\n-Leading and managing engineering projects, from planning to execution, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion;\n-Leading and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality;\n-Working across Plant Organization to foster a culture of innovation and efficiency;\n-Management of 1 engineering / CI specialist.\n3. Performance Monitoring & KPI Governance\n-Monitoring and follow-up of maintenance KPIs and Plant KBIs;\n-Analysis of technical performance data to support decision-making;\n-Defining and sharing technical best practices.\nWHAT WE OFFER YOU\nA permanent position.
