MERCHANDISER

Ključne odgovornosti:

  • Redovno obilaziš kupce na dodeljenom terenu oslanjajući se na definisanu rutu i plan obilaska
  • Realizuješ maksimalnu pozicioniranost proizvoda kroz kanale prodaje
  • Usklađuješ svoje aktivnosti sa merchandising standardima kompanije
  • Uredno postavljaš i održavaš POS materijale i sve ostale TM materijale u cilju bolje vidljivosti i dostupnosti proizvoda krajnjem potrošaču
  • Pratiš rokove trajanja proizvoda i ispunjenosti FIFO standarda prilikom svakog obilaska objekta
  • Sarađuješ i edukuješ osoblje u malopordajnim objektima u vezi sa pozicioniranjem proizvoda, a sve u cilju optimizacije i efikasnijeg rada
  • Učestvuješ u realizaciji promotivnih aktivnosti - pozicioniranju i obeležavanju Trade Marketing setova i aktivnosti u cilju bolje vidljivosti i dostupnosti proizvoda krajnjem potrošaču
  • Prikupljaš informacije kroz popunjavanje definisanih anketa u cilju boljeg sagledavanja tržišnih aktivnosti
  • Po potrebi, menjaš prodavce na terenu po unapred definisanoj proceduri

Zahtevi

  • Minimum IV stepen stručne spreme
  • Poželjno radno iskustvo na istim ili sličnim pozicijama
  • Rad u MS Office paketu
  • Proaktivnost i inicijativa
  • Želja za učenjem i razvojem
  • Orijentisanost na rezultat
  • Orijentisanost na timski rad
  • Posedovanje vozačke dozvole B kategorije
