This role is responsible for designing, engineering, implementing, and operating secure, scalable network connectivity across cloud (Microsoft Azure), multi-cloud (Azure, AWS, Google), hybrid, on-premises (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, Perimeter firewalling, SASE), and remote access environments.\nThe Network Engineer collaborates with Network Architects, Enterprise and Platform Architects, Cyber Security teams, service partners, and vendors to deploy, optimize, and support network solutions for business-critical workloads. The role requires hands-on engineering skills, strong on-prem and cloud networking expertise, and experience with automation to deliver reliable, standard-aligned network services.\nYOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nDeploy and operate secure network connectivity across Azure, multi-cloud, hybrid, on-premises, and remote access environments.\nDeploy and support Azure networking services including VNets, vWAN, Azure Firewall, NSGs, Load Balancers, Application Gateway, ExpressRoute, and VPN Gateways.\nImplement and maintain resilient hybrid and multi-cloud connectivity (VPN, ExpressRoute, Direct Connect, SD-WAN, inter-cloud peering).\nOperate, maintain, and troubleshoot on-premises LAN/WAN infrastructure, including routing, switching, Wi-Fi, load balancing, network segmentation, perimeter firewalls, and SD-WAN environments.\nIntegrate Azure cloud networking with on-premises and data center environments.\nTroubleshoot complex network issues and lead technical escalations with managed service providers and cloud vendors.\nMonitor network performance, conduct capacity planning, and optimize cloud and on-prem network services.\nCollaborate with Network Architecture and Cyber Security teams to ensure compliance with security, governance, and enterprise standards.\nDevelop and maintain infrastructure-as-code and automation using Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, and Python.\nMaintain technical documentation, network diagrams, and operational runbooks.\nInvolvement in medium-to-complex network integrations projects, requiring communication and entry-level project management skills.\nProvide support for internal teams and coordinate activities with external vendors during medium and complex level troubleshooting cases.\nARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS\nBachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent hands-on experience.\n3-4 years proven experience as a Network / Cloud Network Engineer with strong focus on Azure networking.\nMicrosoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or equivalent certifications.\nIndustry certifications from Cisco, Fortinet and Zscaler are considered as an advantage.\nDeep knowledge of Azure networking services including VNets, vWAN, ExpressRoute, VPN Gateway, Azure Firewall, NSGs, WAF, and hybrid connectivity models.\nExperience working in hybrid and multi-cloud environments; familiarity with AWS, Google Cloud Platform is an advantage.\nStrong understanding of enterprise networking technologies (routing, switching, WAN, Wi-Fi, load balancing, segmentation, SD-WAN).\nStrong understanding of network and application security principles, including Zero Trust, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and secure remote access.\nWorking knowledge of network automation and infrastructure-as-code using Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, and/or Python.\nExperience working in Agile / SAFe environments and collaborating with DevOps model.\nStrong troubleshooting skills in complex, distributed environments.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills, including vendor and service-provider coordination.\nFluent written and spoken English.\nABOUT YOUR NEW TEAM:\nWe are Coca-Cola Hellenic, a growth-focused consumer goods business and strategic bottling partner of the Coca-Cola Company.
