This position requires a strategic thinker with strong technical expertise and the ability to translate business needs into scalable, fit-for-purpose technology solutions.\nDELIVERS ON CAPABILITIES:\nFull adoption of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in an agile environment (SAFe/ DevSecOps);\nJoint ownership of Digital Platform roadmap with the Product Manager; Innovation to enrich the platform\nPlatform Architecture & Design in alignment with the Digital Platform roadmap, Enterprise Architecture & TOGAF framework;\nUI/UX Design\nPlatform Development & Configuration\nDigital Platform Integration with other Platforms;\nCollaboration & knowledge sharing with Enterprise and other downstream & upstream Platform Architects\nPlatform Quality Assurance & Testing\nDigital platforms security, integrity, Solution & Infrastructure Interfaces\nVendor management\nBusiness Partnering including supporting adoption\nKEY OUTCOMES:\nDevelop and align Digital Platform roadmap with Product Manager and Enterprise Architecture\nDevelop & integrate Product & Platform Enablers roadmaps\nDesign guidelines for Product Development\nOptimal design solutions fitting into Enterprise Architecture; Maintaining the Digital Platform conceptual integrity over time\nTechnology/engineering know-how for programs and solution; Matching technology with customer needs\nOptimal allocation of responsibilities to sub-platforms\nEnabler Epics for sub-platforms, technology, security and interfaces\nCapacity allocation for enablement\nEnablers implemented (Define, explore, and support the implementation)\nVerify that the digital platform as built as per the requirements\nArchitecting and implementing SharePoint solutions/websites, with a specific focus on enhancing employee engagement and collaboration using Viva Suite.\nOversee the website's development and launch, addressing any technical issues that arise promptly and effectively.\nAccountable to secure the Solution Documentation is kept up-to-date.\nARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?\nMinimum 5 years of experience in at least one core module of the Microsoft Office productivity suite (e.g., SharePoint, Yammer, Teams, Azure).\n1+ years of experience with Microsoft PowerPlatform.\nCopilot experience or familiarity with MS search & Gen AI search.\nModern (New) SharePoint experience as an architect with global navigation & hub structure for intranet/employee experience portal.\nPart of a companywide reboot of internal communication, collaboration or digital employee experience\nViva or Yammer experience as an architect, including experience with MS Adaptive Cards.\nAzure AI search\nExperience with Workday, SAP adaptive cards would be considered an asset.\nABOUT YOUR NEW TEAM:\nWe are a family of 33 thousand engaged people.
