At Coca-Cola HBC, one of the leading FMCG companies in Hungary, we're looking for a Sales Team Lead to join our team and lead our sales operations across Western Hungary.
Location: Győr-Moson-Sopron county, Vas county, Veszprém county, Fejér county, Komárom-Esztergom county
THE ROLE
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals, helping them reach their full potential and deliver exceptional results.
- Spend most of your time in the field, supporting your team through hands-on coaching and building strong relationships with customers and partners.
- Drive the execution of sales strategies and ensure our brands stand out at the point of sale through impactful in-store activation and merchandising.
- Partner with customers to identify growth opportunities and create long-term value for their businesses.
- Use market insights and data to make informed decisions and help your team become trusted category experts.
- Contribute to shaping our commercial strategy by bringing fresh ideas, challenging the status quo, and driving continuous improvement.
REQUIREMENTS
- A university degree.
- Confident English communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with Excel, reports, and sales data.
- Proven sales experience within retail, FMCG, or the HoReCa sector.
- Previous people management experience is an advantage.
- Residence within commuting distance of one of the following counties: Győr-Moson-Sopron, Veszprém, Komárom-Esztergom, Fejér
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.
- A valid Category B driving licence.
- A passion for sales, customer development, and achieving ambitious targets.
- A growth mindset with a genuine commitment to continuous learning and personal development.
