The successful candidate will play a crucial role in executing the operational management of the SAP Basis infrastructure, ensuring that SAP Systems are optimized for performance, security, and availability.\nYOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nOverseeing the operational management of the SAP Basis infrastructure, ensuring that SAP systems are optimized for performance, security, and availability.\nManaging periodic maintenance activities, such as system refreshes, patching, upgrades, and installations.\nMonitor and tune system performance and workload to ensure high availability and performance.\nProvide hands-on technical leadership to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within the SAP environments, such as system outages, performance bottlenecks, or security vulnerabilities.\nAssist/execute with database activities, like health & performance monitoring, Log management, replication and high-availability monitoring.\nImplement and maintain automated processes (e.g., auto-scaling, automated backups, monitoring) to reduce manual intervention and improve efficiency.\nAct as SAP technical consultants accountable for the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA capabilities.\nSupport the development and Architecture that enables increasingly Agile Delivery and Delivery Automation, Continuous Testing and Continuous Deployment (DevOps).\nCollaborate with Enterprise architects, Solution architects and other infrastructure architects to ensure systems architecture, which will be supporting optimally the enterprise strategic priorities.\nCost management: Support the operation of systems, ensuring optimum cost management and tracking of Cloud/SaaS costs: licensing, resource use (compute, storage, High Availability).\nManage technical escalations between CCH and the outsourcing vendors, about the services under responsibility.\nBuild strong, working relationships with technology partners and platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure (strongly preferred), and Google or other SaaS, PaaS, IaaS providers.\nARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?\nUniversity Degree in IT, Engineering or relevant field.\nMin 2 years of relevant IT work experience.\n2+ years of experience in SAP Basis management, IT operations management.\nExcellent spoken and written English.\nCommunication, organizational and analytical skills.\nDesired experience of IT Operation services in complex multinational environments.\nStrong technical background in SAP System Management, including experience with SAP in cloud environments (Azure(preferred), AWS, or GCP).\nAbility to optimize SAP Basis operational processes, including monitoring, and incident response, to improve performance and reduce costs.\nExperience in automating SAP Basis operations using tools such as SAP LaMa, reducing manual intervention, and improving system reliability and efficiency.\nSkilled in resolving complex SAP Basis issues, including troubleshooting performance bottlenecks and security vulnerabilities in SAP environments.\nSkilled in working with other technical leads, architects, and business teams to ensure that cloud operations align with business objectives and technical requirements.\nEnsure reliable operation of business-critical services by meeting agreed SLAs, optimizing performance and availability, and driving rapid incident resolution with a strong focus on incident & ticket volume reduction and MTTR reduction\nMonitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve production systems, leveraging operational insights, automation, and root cause analysis to enhance service stability, resilience, and user experience\nABOUT YOUR NEW TEAM:\nWe are Coca-Cola Hellenic, a growth-focused consumer goods business and strategic bottling partner of the Coca-Cola Company.
