This role is key to stabilizing and scaling enterprise integrations around SAP.\nYou will be the SAP integration subject-matter expert within the Integration Factory, working closely with middleware engineers, architects, and functional consultants to deliver correct, reliable, and well-documented SAP interfaces. This role requires strong ownership within SAP integration scope and the ability to contribute to design decisions alongside integration engineers and architects.\nYOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nDesign, configure, and implement SAP-centric integrations and interface patterns\nDesign and implement SAP data exposure using CDS views for integration scenarios (e.g. OData services, APIs)\nEnsure CDS views reflect correct business logic, data models, and performance considerations for downstream integrations.\nConfigure and support SAP integration mechanisms including: IDocs/ALE, RFC/tRFC/qRFC, SOAP Runtime Framework (SRT), Data Replication Framework (DRF), OData, ASAPIO, and ABAP-based interfaces\nAct as SAP integration SME within the Integration Factory; guide middleware engineers toward correct SAP behavior and constraints\nTroubleshoot SAP-side integration issues, support incidents, and drive root-cause fixes with proper documentation\nCollaborate with integration engineers and architects to ensure design alignment across SAP, middleware, and consuming systems\nDefine and support monitoring/logging points for SAP interfaces to ensure early detection of failures and operational visibility\nContribute to testing and go-live readiness: interface validation, error handling validation, and transport coordination\nEnsure reliable operation of business-critical services by meeting agreed SLAs, optimizing performance and availability, and driving rapid incident resolution with a strong focus on incident & ticket volume reduction and MTTR reduction\nMonitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve production systems, leveraging operational insights, automation, and root cause analysis to enhance service stability, resilience, and user experience\nARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.\n4+ years of hands-on SAP integration experience\nExperience with SAP S/4HANA or ECC integration scenarios\nStrong understanding of SAP business processes and transactional behavior as they relate to integrations (e.g. master data, logistics, finance flows)\nDeep knowledge of SAP integration mechanisms: IDocs/ALE, RFC, SOAP Runtime Framework (SRT), Data Replication Framework (DRF), OData, and ABAP-based interfaces and ASAPIO\nExperience with SAP CDS views and SAP data modelling concepts\nABAP knowledge for integration scenarios, debugging, interface understanding, and collaboration with SAP developers and functional consultants\nAbility to work in an enterprise integration environment and communicate clearly across SAP, middleware, and business stakeholders\nAbility to design SAP interfaces as part of end-to-end integration flows\nComfort producing technical documentation: interface specs, mapping notes, and troubleshooting guides\nExcellent problem-solving and debugging skills.\nExcellent spoken and written English\nCommunication, organizational and analytical skills\nNice to Have:\nExperience with SAP middleware integration tools (e.g. CPI/MuleSoft/PI-PO) and API or event-driven exposure\nFamiliarity with integration patterns: error handling strategy, retries, idempotency, monitoring, and operational runbooks\nExperience with agile delivery frameworks and tooling (Azure DevOps, Jira, ServiceNow)\nSAP certification in integration or relevant technology area\nABOUT YOUR NEW TEAM:\nWe are Coca-Cola Hellenic, a growth-focused consumer goods business and strategic bottling partner of the Coca-Cola Company.
