root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address service gaps, excess inventory, write-offs, and operational constraints.\nEstablish and enforce SLAs to strengthen planning governance, accountability, and execution discipline.\nEnsure full compliance with Internal Controls, Group Policies, and Standard Operating Procedures across all planning activities.\nSupport and manage end-to-end New business from planning perspective, including demand review, material allocation, and replenishment planning to ensure all sales requirements are achieved in alignment with contractual agreements, Group planning process.\nLead the end-to-end Planning ERP system, ensuring parameter setting and optimization, demand fulfillment, and supply chain analytics, while driving continuous improvement, system effectiveness, and data-driven decision-making.\nPromotional & Portfolio Lifecycle Management:\nLead promotional launches in close collaboration with Marketing and Commercialization, ensuring flawless end-to-end execution from raw materials to finished goods across all planning functions.\nManage Phase-In/Phase-Out processes, SKU delisting, and portfolio rationalization to safeguard CRI and DSI targets.\nOversee Total Age Management and warehouse optimization strategies in coordination with the logistics team.\nDevelop robust business cases for Long term plan, new launches, investments, and Capex initiatives aligned with strategic and financial objectives.\nPlanning Process Optimization & Cross-Functional Partnership:\nLead Supply Chain Planning transformation initiatives and special projects (e.g., end-to-end Co-packing programs).\nEnsure data accuracy, master data readiness, and reporting integrity across planning systems.\nManage with Production and Operational Planning to optimize capacity utilization, prioritize demand during constraints, and manage toll-filling and Co-packing activities, including Energy Business requirements.\nDevelop and standardize policies, procedures, and workflows to enhance planning effectiveness and efficiency.\nCollaborate with Production and Supply Planning to prioritize demand at package and regional levels in constrained environments.\nManage Capex related to Supply chain planning , ensuring timely preparation, review, and alignment with internal governance requirements.\nPerformance Management & Reporting\nDevelop and maintain comprehensive SC Planning dashboards (daily/weekly/monthly) ensuring data accuracy and governance\nMonitor and drive performance against key KPIs including:\nForecast Accuracy\nService Levels\nInventory Performance (DSI, aging, write-offs)\nCapacity Utilization\nProvide actionable insights and executive-level reporting for Management and Group Planning.\nServe as the primary interface with Group Planning for Energy and core planning matters.\n\nARE THSES YOUR SECERET INGRIDENTS?\nEducation:\n Bachelor degree in Data Science, or engineering. \n Experience and Skills:\n7+ years of experience in SAP or ERP systems and advanced data analytics, with strong proficiency in MS Power BI.\n5+ years of progressive experience within Supply Chain functions (Planning, Production, Material, or Logistics).\nDemonstrated analytical and problem-solving expertise.\nStrong cross-functional collaboration capabilities,
