Through your guidance, you will empower teams to operate at their best, facilitating collaboration, driving agile principles, and ensuring that the team consistently delivers exceptional value.\nYOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nFacilitate successful Agile implementations, ensuring that SAFe and Scrum principles and practices are effectively applied. \nFoster a collaborative and self-organizing team environment, enabling high-performance and efficient delivery of team goals. \nCoach and mentor team members and stakeholders on Agile practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning. \nFacilitate scrum events “Sprint planning, Daily standups, Sprint reviews... etc) and promote team collaboration. \nResolve conflicts and impediments that may hinder the team's progress, promoting effective communication and collaboration. \nPromote transparency and alignment between the development team and product stakeholders, ensuring a shared understanding of priorities. \nDrive the adoption and implementation of Agile metrics and reporting, providing valuable insights to guide decision-makingand improve team performance. \nContinuously identify opportunities for process improvements, implement changes, and measure the impact of those changes on team productivity and project outcomes. \nEffective vendor engagement with the right people. \nFrom Idea to Delivery, theScrum Master is focused onbringing the best of themselvesto help their team have themost effective and efficientworkflow. \nWork with the Team Product Managerto align key outcomes and deliverables needed for Request for Proposal (RFP) when sourcing vendors. \nARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?\nMin of 3 years as a Scrum Master/Agile Practitioner with a proven record of leading successful agile teams. \nBachelor’s degree in a related field; Certified ScrumMaster CSM, SAFe or equivalent certification is preferred. \nStrong understanding of the Scrum framework and agile methodologies. \nSynchronize with product managers to ensure a well-prioritized backlog. \nShield the team from distractions and interruptions that hinder the team's progress. \nDemonstrated experience in coaching and mentoring teams to enhance performance and adopt agile practices. \nEnsuring coordination and alignment across multiple teams within the ART. \nLeading effective retrospectives to identify areas for improvement. \nHigh emotional intelligence with the ability to adapt communication styles accordingly. \nFocus on fostering a people-centric approach while maintaining process integrity. \nProven skills in change management, including the ability to overcome resistance to change and highlight future benefits to the team. \nMonitor, Track and Report regularly on team health and team maturity. \nEmpowering the team to make decisions and take ownership of their work. \nBuilding relationships with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders. \nIdentifying potential risks that could impact the delivery and recommend strategies to mitigate those risks \nFamiliarity with agile tools and techniques (e.g., ADO, Jira, miro) to support project tracking and team collaboration. \nABOUT YOUR NEW TEAM:\nWe are a family of 33 thousand engaged people.
