The developer will work closely with the product teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions that meet business needs.\nYOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nSolution Development:\nCollaborate with the product team (solution architect, product configuration experts) to understand the requirements and solution design\nWorks in close collaboration with DevOps Team, i.e. Product Managers, Solution Architects and Product Configuration Experts on defining Functional Specifications and splitting them in Backlog Items, providing sequence and effort/Story Points estimation.\nDevelop custom solutions for Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, etc.) using tools like JavaScript, C#, and other technologies supported by the platform.\nImplement custom workflows, business process flows, plugins, and integrations with third-party systems.\nWrite and maintain clean, scalable code and assist in troubleshooting and debugging applications.\nAssure usage of Azure DevOps CI/CD Pipelines (ALM, YAML)\nIntegrate D365 CE with third-party applications and legacy systems, where relevant and collaborate with integration teams to provide recommendations and support for configuration & delivery\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues that the development team encounters\nEnsures creation & maintenance of development documentation in Azure DevOps Wiki\nSupport & Continuous Improvement:\nProvide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and user guidance.\nSuggest enhancements to improve solutions and optimize performance.\nWorks very closely with Solution and Platform Architects, Product Configuration Experts on Performance Improvements opportunities and new functionalities architecture.\nStay current with the emerging trends and technologies, tools, and best practices within the Microsoft D365 ecosystem\nCollaboration:\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with business & technology stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and successful delivery of solutions.\nAdopt SAFE Agile principles and foster & advocate CI/CDs processes ensuring DevSecOps practices are in the DNA of every product lifecycle\nProvide status updates, manage risks, and address any issues that arise during the product delivery lifecycle.\nEnsure reliable operation of business-critical services by meeting agreed SLAs, optimizing performance and availability, and driving rapid incident resolution with a strong focus on incident & ticket volume reduction and MTTR reduction\nMonitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve production systems, leveraging operational insights, automation, and root cause analysis to enhance service stability, resilience, and user experience\nARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?\nBachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.\n3+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Implementation projects\nMicrosoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (or higher) preferred.\nMicrosoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer Associate or similar certifications are preferred.\nCertifications in related fields (Azure, Power Platform) are an advantage.\nStrong understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices.\nExcellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.\nGood communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.\nFluent in written and verbal English\nTechnical Expertise:\nProven experience in development of D365 Customer Engagement Apps and Mobile Apps.\nExperience working with one or more of the D365 CE modules: Sales, Service, Marketing.\nStrong proficiency in JavaScript, C#, and .NET development.\nHands-on experience with Dynamics 365 SDK, Web API, and RESTful APIs.\nFamiliarity with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is a plus.\nUnderstanding of Azure services and cloud computing principles.\nHaving strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and experience working in Agile environment and participating in Agile ceremonies.\nQuick learner and adaptive to new and challenging technological environments.
